I'm missing my smoker. Its too cold here to pull that off. Id have a flatiron on in a heartbeat if it was warmer.
A lot of fun food so far. Hey, I have a big arm roast in the freezer. Rub like a brisket and smoke like a pork butt. Pulled beef sliders. Thanks I had better get busy tomorrow.

Mine is just a charcoal weber grill. I just put some wet wood chips in a few foil tins. I also inject it with creole butter.... usually turns out pretty darn good. It's been in the 30s here in Wisconsin so no problem grilling.
I'm just going to smoke some mac and cheese.

Wings, homemade Mac and cheese, some nice peppered boar's head salami and cheese. And queso and chips.
Shrimp has me thinking. Maybe coat a few in olive oil and garlic powder. Toss em in a pan on the grill. .
