Where is the best place to buy a new ecu?

I know that Summit and Jegs both have them but I hate to pay an extra 25% for their handling fees. It is a joke that they say no shipping charge and then tack on the 10 dollar handling fee. The orange is 39 plus change then they tack on the 10 bucks handling that is like a 25% handling fee.
:protest: I guess I'm just bitching today. This stuff will nickle and dime you to death.

Use the chrome box.
And about pricing....what else is new?!!!!

Thanks, I was leaning towards the chrome box and you are right we have to eat the pricing. I don't know if I need one at all but the new crate is doing what the 318 did for a while. I wouldn't call it a miss but it is like a stutter or stumble. It is a little pop sound, not consistent but annoying. I just figure that the only common parts to the 318 that I re-used on the mag 360 is the ECU, coil, ballast resistors. I haven't any other ideas. Could be I don't really know the art of fine tuning.

I had the orange from summit then bought a chrome cause there pretty, cant see any diffrence.

I bought my orange box from mopar - under $50.00 - it was actually cheaper than summit/jegs
but of course here in Canada the dealers are cheaper than importing from speed shops
I dealt with summit for other parts and there service really sucks s%#$#t,
they are a retarded company to deal with - its my first and last experience with them
