What is going on with this sudden increase in new people turning this site into a drama forum. You post questions you have about cars or cool stories. Noone has anything to prove so there is no need to start posting stuff talking about how much faster your car is or how much of a rebel you are. Being humble is always a good thing because there will always be someone out there who is faster and more knowledgeable.
 
The 5.0 duster thread really made it apparent but I have been noticing others with the same attitude for the last few weeks. Alot of people with under 100 post coming in here giving their opinion on everything they don't like. I know some old timer will prob call me out for only having 700 posts but I just tend to keep my mouth shut if its going to make me sound like a ***.
 
I haven't read the said thread... Fred, but I've noticed it as well.

I don't mind if someone dislikes something, if they can explain why, but just stating that you don't like something doesn't make for good conversation. I agree.

You are not going to change people anymore than I am gonna change my wife-especially through a forum.

Pastors, Tony Robbins, & infomercial salesmen try to change people, but people have to be motivated to change. If they are not invested into you, they can care less with what you have to say. I hear you, good character is a rare & precious thing. Just like the carshow comments are saying, parents have not instilled that into today's society as a whole or majority.
