70 Dart Quarter Window Bolt question/help

I need some help in finding or obtaining the shoulder bolts that bolt the quarter window to the track. I confess, somehow mine grew feet and walked away during disassembly. I've checked with every supplier out there and I guess no one is making them. My last option would be to turn down bolts to gain the shoulder, but I'm concerned about the tolerances, etc.

I've looked for doner cars but haven't found any.
