Newton has the talent, works hard and just wants his team to win. A smothering defense and too much experience shut him down. Carolina was outcoached by Kubiak.
 
oh you mean Cam Brady throwing tantrums.

kinda reminded me of tom brady throwing tantrums over no flags ....they must be brothers
 
You should have seen his press conference...acted like the big bully on the block who just got his hat handed to him...walked off in the middle of it
 
I rooted for the Broncos tonight and watched the whole game. In Cam's defense, he actually remained composed the whole game and remained classy. The only time that resembled a "tantrum" was when he was actually hit late by Wolfe in the end zone at the end of the game. He clearly released the ball and like 3 secs later was hit in which he pounded the ground in anger as a ref was standing right there and called nothing.

I think as Cam ages he'll be one of the great QB's to join Manning, Brady, etc in winning at least one Super Bowl. Hope the best for kid.
 
I agree, he was composed after getting pounded all night.

I understand why people do not like him, but give him credit, he could have acted a lot worse.

A lot of people are just waiting to jump on him for the least little bit. Gotta wait 7 months to do it again. Kinda sucks.
 
He may have talent, but there is no heart. He showed that when he wouldn't go after that free ball. It's the superbowl, you don't wuss out there.

the celebrating when things are going good doesn't bother me so much.. i think handing the balls yo kids is awesome.. the big show after just a first down is kinds too much for me but whatever he looks to be having fun..

the problem is when things aren't going your way you can't pout like baby which you could see him doing the entire game...

then you had the pussy move of not going after that fumble.. in the regulat season i can see that to a point. but dude this is the supervowl.. win or go home baby. go get it..

then the press conference.. come on man.. man up and answer the questions. another pussy *** move bot answering the questions then just walking off like that.. a manning and brady would never do that.. and they didn't do that when losing the superbowl..

that dude needs t grow up a lot..

oh brother.. he brings that **** on himself... he celebrates every little thing when things are going good... has that big smiles and jokes around when things are going his way. but once things aren't all peachy he pouts and is a douchebag in his press conference.

if you are going to act like an over the top idiot when winning you better stand up and be a man about losing too.. that clown needs to do a lot of growing up.

I figured Denver didn`t have a snowballs chance in - well, you know. glad for the broncos, was rooting for them. will always root for the one that doesn`t act like a spoiled baby, and think his (their) stuff don`t stink ! 99% of them have mouths that are bigger than their brain!

His press conference was pathetic. He acted like a 12 yr old brat that can't take loosing. All those rediculous celebrations thru the year and no class after a hard loss.
 
I think a lot of Newton's problem is he believed the hype. Just winning the NFL MVP award, spending two weeks listening the accolades and he thought he could just show up and the game was in the bag.

If he's the class act that his fans believe him to be, then he'll learn from this and use the failure to add to the success. If he's all about what happened during the press conference, then his ego is too big and he'll never enjoy that success.
 
Newton is a pussy..wanted nothing to do with that fumble did everything he could to stay away from it..And once AGAIN the AFC dominates the NFC:D:D

Funny Lance, I said the same thing to my wife about 3rd quarter. Didn't seem to play with the same confidence and enthusiasm as he did all season. Actually he looked troubled or unsettled like he was wrestling with something in the back of his mind. Looked like that from play one.

How a QB with his talent can go all year playing like he played then put the brakes on in the SB is beyond me unless he was told to do so....hence the troubled face the whole game.

He actually did go in for the fumble but quickly put the brakes on....probably Rivera or Goodell yelling in his helmet mic to stay back! Haha
 
How? I'll tell you how... He's never faced a defense like Denver's, that's how!!! They showed him he's no longer in high school, he's now playing agains PROS!!

Oh please..he got his *** handed to him..most overrated player in the league and Denvers defense exposed that yesterday..a Montana,Brady,Elway he will NEVER be..
