Stop in for a cup of coffee

yea - but they were rated at 145hp - - so you're adding about 100 - - doesn't seem out of the question..
yea, but that is rated at 145 horses at the flywheel ...I am pretty sure.

The later ones show 100- 105 horsepower in S.A.E. net which I am pretty sure means at the rear wheel.

The slant always had the same compression.

So I would bet new, my 68 slant could do maybe 100 but its tired now and worn out so 80 would be awesome

heck, I think if I dynoed my slant six and got a solid 80 horsepower, I would be pretty happy LOL
That's a happy slant,Rani... Had a 72 225 Swinger,two decades ago...Best car ,I ever owned.. 22 mpg ,78 mph top end(have faster rides) That two door Swinger,was a kick.

coffee is flowing and there's this big meet coming up - you may have heard of it - Carlisle - so lots of peeps are jacked up even before the coffee
Still gotta clean my truck up. And Im waiting for a new Easy Up to get here before I leave. Need it for Shade.

Got the Belve doors off and stripped yesterday, did learn some thing front door hinges from a 2 or 4 door are the same and a added bonus door shims for the pillar side of the hinge. Never saw them before. Now cleaning and blasting begins!
