They missed the first milestone date and it cost $5 million of the expected payments. In 3 days they will miss the next one...and it will cost the remaining $3 million in payments.

Just like that, the amateur leaders that think they are the smartest people in the room, failed to consult their own experts...and it cost me $120k.

I hate hearing this. I know you were probably fully depending on that money to hold you until a new position came up so I'm sure it truly sucks. That said, it's just money. It's fiat at that. The important things in life are family and friends, which you are rich in as well. That'll get you through more than money will. And remember, Karma is a BITOCH and is undefeated

I had a Big Monday (my Saturday) started the DA work on the hood and prepping fire wall for paint , should pick up paint this weekend
I drank a few bud lites and started drinking at 11am , yep, a dandy day :thumbsup:
 
Well it appears to be a busy somewhere else type day today.
I myself don't have a lot planned....for a change..
The biggie here today is to go get the car trailer and get new tires before the big trip.
I also have a new trunk mat that I need to cut to fit. The one I currently have I cut to fit the trunk without a spare tire. I don't like the hump the spare tire causes sitting in the well. Poor design when they did that one.
 
Morning. I use a safety spare in the pop because a 15" will not fit in the well, it fits flush.
 
Not much have to Uber again today did start the truck on the lift no oil leaks! Now to put it back together!
 
Mine is a 205 70 14 (Popmobile tire) on a 5.5 wide wheel. Sticks up a little,

Yeah it always had a rear seal leak, not terrible but just annoyed me. Pretty much going over the whole truck, new rear wheel panels, new brakes/most lines, prob drop a distrib in it, did a new chain when I was in there also. Goint to do a fast paintjob on iit sun silver/blue wrinkle paint. Get it cheap and it should get that paisley look if it sprays right and it also hides a bunch also.
