Well, look what we have here!

just 1 question , if the heads flowed enough too make that 600 hp mark ,and it seems everyone still wants a better head my belief was that a stock block had about a 550/600 hp rating so it appears that this would be a street head any more would be full race and everyone knows we don't have blocks to chose from so I wound buy it and be happy for my daily driver and week end racer and we know its got to be cheap or 90% of us wont buy it so just what does it take to please everyone I'm sure they would build it if the demand was there .

I guess i might look into the Brodix B1 BA head then

If your going to that amount of trouble just get a set of eddies and have Modern Cylinder head CNC them. Those Brodix heads arent much if any better than well done Eddies. Or wait for the Trick flows.
Have a buddy with B1BA heads. His are ported, car is 200 pounds lighter than mine and is only tenth and a half quicker than me with mildly ported eddies. Both similar builds, both stock stroke Smallblocks. He actually has more compression

The brodix heads will work on my magnum engine and i can use studs and chevy roller rockers....not so with trick flow

An LA head will work on a Magnum engine too, as long as pushrod oiling is used. What I could never understand, is why anyone would want to go from a shaft system to a stud. They Chevy guys can't wait to get rid of their stud rocker systems and go with a shaft.

And chevy geometry is usually just as bad, guys just slam it together, and it works, sorta. I sure can't understand why someone would even WANT a chevy floppy rocker setup.

I thought you could use magnum heads on an LA engine but not vice versa

B3RE, can you tell us if there was a good general level of interest in this head at the Carlisle show?
Also, will you be at the Mopar weekend at Norwalk Ohio with this demo head?
Finally, once these are released for sale, do you think you'll be able to sell these along with one of your geometry kits if we ordered the heads and a set of rocker arms directly through you?

Yeah...not doing that
No need to do that. Use the standard Magnum pushrod oiling with a shaft rocker that has an oil through cup style adjuster, for example, Comp or PRW stainless steel roller rockers. Done.

Thats a great idea.
Would that provide enough oil for a rocker without a roller fulcrum?

I had a lot of traffic at Carlisle. So much so that I feel like I let some people down that were waiting too long to talk to me. I had some inexperienced help that didn't help matters either. If the heads would have been available, I'm sure I could have sold at least a dozen or more.

I won't be at Norwalk or Columbus, but I know a Trick Flow will have the head displayed at Columbus. Not sure about Norwalk, but I wouldn't be surprised if they show up there too.

When the heads are released, and I get a good look at the finished product, I will be able to put together a package that includes the heads, rockers, and if necessary, a correction kit. I'll also have other accessories that may be needed as well, such as hardware, gaskets, valve covers, etc. I'd appreciate as many members as possible buying from me, to show Trick Flow I am doing a good job at promoting what I have found to be really decent products.

Yes, as long as it isn't bleeding oil everywhere, and spring pressures aren't excessive. In that case, your example might be a better approach.

Will Trick Flow make an intake for these heads ?

Are the Brodix heads aluminum? I want to shave weight from the car, so I can buffet more.

Well for the magnum heads the Hughes roller rockers are not to bad, gets rid of the studs and puts them on mini shafts, to bad they just make 1.65 ratio which is still a good ratio just be nice to have a different ones to pick from.
