Stop in for a cup of coffee

Wire terminals and sealed grommets showed up yesterday.
US mail - direct from Japan! Did not expect that! It looked like a US based retailer who was bringing in stuff from Japan and other places.
S & H was wopping $6.08 Done worse with US purchases! LOL

I have an A body one. I think everything but the switch and wiring.
My wiring was already in the car was just missing the pigtail from the fuse box to the switch. Yours might be there looks like a single connector almost like a light plug in the trunk.

Looks OK. Metal isn't flimsy or anything. I figured it was worth a shot. Some are Yazaki but don't know anything about them other than they're made in Japan.
Not quite the same as the Chrysler ones - the fronts of these are more squared off. Finish of the edges not as nice.
$15 plus the shipping. I'm hope the grommets fit standard size holes. Could use one my firewall if they do.

I really wanted those in-line crimps. Figured they'd be great if I ever need to make repairs to a splice. Nice option with or without soldering. The AMC uses resistance wires  spliced in with crimps like those.

Going by the fender tag. Want to keep it that way. As much NOS as I can afford. Oh yeah have those 66P plugs on the way with a few other boxes for LA's.

Now date coded wires for a decent price and all the engine compartment has the right parts.

The defogger vent slots are in there but that's it. Not drilling the dash for it. The 66 must have had one it is drilled just under the ignition switch in the instrument cluster on the metal dash if that makes sense.

I don't know how I stumbled upon this. Worth the time.,

31 mins in.
8 tracks and cars.
Maybe that's it?

Irony is that the "last album" he bought was Peter Gabriel since in 1972 he formed a band called
"Genesis". (But had to change it because it was already in use).

Genesis just was not Genesis with out Peter Gabriel.

She's got nice legs.:D

Did someone say 8 Tracks....This is left over from my High School Road Runner. On display, in my Home Shop.....

Morning all...
@halifaxhops hey I got a set date coded spark plug wires at Carlisle. Guy coded them down to the quarter/year the car was built. Think I paid $70 for them. I got his card if your interested. Haven't put them on yet, but they look nice.

Good Morning Everyone. Slept in today. Back is killing me and tons to do.

One of the crew was into cars, has a nice 70 six pac car he's owned since he was 16. Also restored every car Chevy built in 1937, sedans, delivery sedans etc. He didn't send the pic of them all together, but I saw it on his phone......Nice!

i need to get his job!

Hey when I pull the dash out, thought I'd replace all the bulbs. Anyone sell them as a set??
Anything else recommended I should swap while its out??
Going to rebuild the heater box.

So, that boat I posted pics of yesterday was $750K without engines. So with extras, rigging, engines, etc...should come in right at $1M. Handles like a dream at 80mph.
