I have an Eddie D4B intake I want to replace for my stock cast iron intake. I have the stock chrome charger air cleaner and the Eddie 1403 (500 cfm) carb. Anyone have this setup? Looks like there may be a hood clearance issue as the intake is higher than the stock. Yes I'm lazy and have not measured. LOL. ( this is my current setup).

Throw a string over the fender tops. I guess I never checked. :BangHead::BangHead:

I used the baseplate that a member was making/selling a couple of years ago.

[FOR SALE] - Commando style baseplates

helped me keep the stock air cleaner on the 1403 with the higher Offenhauser intake without using a smaller filter.
