Wow. I was guessing 130's. That right G2! Wow.
Unreal hunt. It was 10:30, hot as hell, I was cussing at my self for hunting in the heat, lit up a cigarette, started coming down the tree. I looked to my right, and at about 60 yards, there he stood. I was grunting which I believe drew him in. That was Milan Ga.

That is a really good buck! I was guessing 130 too. I dont get to hunt much anymore. I would like to try and go some this year license are so expensive now it's hard to justify buying them to get to hunt maybe two or three weekends.

You need to retire. I hunt about 6-8 weeks a year.

Me and my family.

I hope so. My Daughter was a big help all the years I was drag racing. She kept the stats, charged the batteries, topped off the alcohol and helped me work on it. When she was 14 , I took her to a salvage auction and told her she could pick out her first ride and we would rebuild it. She picked a 84 D-150 with a slant 6 that was hammered in the front. Over the next wo years we rebuilt and was ready for her to drive when she was 16. She drove it through high school and college. Then she went to the dark side, Ford! Where did I go wrong?

Sounds awesome. My boys are a long way from driving (6 & 4). But I would love to build something with each of them, if that's what they want when the time comes.

My oldest boy and I was talking about doing something similar very soon. He is 13 now I'm wanting to do a fixer upper together for his first car. My wife however is not on board yet. She wants to buy him something "safe and reliable". I say if he puts the work in on it himself and he actually sees how much work they are to fix he will take care of it and not tear it up and will last! I can build it safe and reliable! I have a extra ram now we maybe that would make a good first truck.

Since we are doing throwback photos here are a few the first one is my wedding day. The others are just some old random pictures from my Facebook.

This is not an insult, my neck is red.

Looks like a great life where you at. City living wears on the soul. I need to get back in the woods!

That about sums it up buddy! Haha I guess I'm what you call a real redneck! I hunt fish and work 72 hours a week to make a living. All those country videos glory the high lights of country living but dont show all the struggles! First off almost none of us have brand new trucks to go mudding with! Lol and with the big field party there are never hot *** chicks with cutoff tshirts and daisy dukes there's cops and mugshots!! Lol and they glorify drinking beer and whiskey but never talked about the pills and meth !! 90 percert of ppl in small towns are addicted to alcohol pills and meth ! It's not all fun and games like in the country videos its actually really sad!

That me definitely not trying to flex...

I fully get it. I went to school in a red school house with 60 kids, k-5. We lived on a ranch.

Im also very scared of heights, thats what keeps me on the rock. I got a job as a tower climber when i was younger and it terrified me but the money was good so i took it.

There's only 3 people i will climb with all of us are bonded through fear.

Fear is normal, the folks that dont admit it are lying.

I face fear every day, fear of a frame snapping, fear the customer wont like my work, fear the dam custom part i built wont fit.

Fear makes us better men.

I have a good buddy that left working where I work to do the lineman school! He is now making very good money. And he gets to travel and work outside. While I'm stuck I a factory sweating my sack off 12 hours a day 6plus days a week.

I see you got a family but don't be afraid to take that leap and trust your self if thats what you want. Its sketchy as but tou never know if tou dont try.

My mantra is from "dune" by Frank Herbert.

Fear is the little death. The mind killer. I will face my fear, it will pass over me and through me. Where it has gone, there will be nothing. Only i will remain."

You can do what ever you decide to do.
