Car in question is a 71 Dart. I'm about to start witing the car up. I'm installing a FiTech EFI and for ignition I'm running a 4 pin GM module. What engine wiring harness would be a better starting point for this? One with points or electronic ign.

Since you are not running a Mopar ignition (GM HEI) it doesn't matter. Is the breaker points one cheaper? Are either wired for the 70/ later voltage regulator, and what are you going to use there for alternator/ regulator?
Yes point one is cheaper. It will have a magnum style alternator with the 70 on up Voltage regulator.

points is easier , I believe you bypass the ballast resistor with HEI
