Stop in for a cup of coffee

Today was our 33rd wedding anniversary. I have lost so much weight that my old wedding band kept falling off my finger. My wife surprised me with my father’s 50th wedding anniversary band resized to fit my now smaller finger. What a great anniversary gift!

Thanks! This coming February is the 40th anniversary of our first date.

Kind of a strange coincidence, but the guy who did our new stone walkways this Summer owned the Pizza Place that I took my wife to on that first date and he served us our pizza that night.

When he finished the walks, he brought us a pizza from his brothers Pizza place as a thanks for the business...and a memory of the past.

It took you 7 years to propose to her???? :poke: :D

I spent some time after work getting the ‘66 ready for Tim. I ran her for a good 30 mins, triple checked everything and cleaned her up a bit. She really does run sweet. I’m glad to see him take her back and finish the project he started.

He got hung up a bit with a brake issue on his trailer and will be coming Sunday instead of Saturday.

Good job Dave. I am not a fan of high impact colors on the early A's but that one is growing on me. It does have attitude!

Nice. I have one like that that I bought from a customer going through a divorce. I don't wear it much. I should sell it and buy some car parts.

Looks like all the crap we are getting is flowing down there. Sorry buddy not much I can do.
Our local state college (University of Northern Iowa) is playing NoDak State tomorrow. I wish them luck but we have a inside stadium and the boys aren't used to playing in the snow. LOL

That's what it needs...........some bling. 66 Dart GT's gave 2 or $3000 worth of chrome (if you have it professionally restored) BANGHEAD!
Tim had all the chrome for this car fully restored before he sold it to me. It’s all still wrapped and going back with him. I do mean ALL the chrome. Bumpers, trim, etc. Even the tail lights and lenses are brand new. This car is really just waiting to be assembled to finished condition, all the parts are with it and are new. He wasn’t kidding when he said it would only take a week or two to complete it.

I just wish I would have had the time...but better that he gets it and completes it.

They might not make it up here to even play. My money is on the winter storm winning the game.
