Stop in for a cup of coffee

Nothing...mine has a goofy connector about mid way through the part that goes to the alternator...I dont know if it is supposed to be there or not but I think I'm just going to take it out and fix that spot of the harness. Everything works it just looks bad and somebody has run a jumper around one of the wires. I'm just gonna take it apart and solder everything back without the goofy connector. I just need to figure out what wire runs the temp gauge as it is not hooked up and the wire seems to be mia... If you were wanting that harness..go for it..
Thanks, I'm going to contact that seller now.

My car is a 74 and missing the entire harness. It's one of a few items remaining to drive the car out of the shop on its own power

So just getting back to FABO after a great weekend in Winnipeg. Tried to post photo earlier but no luck. Here is proof TJ and I exist. Wife and I went up to watch the Hawks get thrashed by Jets. Our two favorite teams. We never could figure out who we were clapping for. We toured the Canada Mint and also The Canadien Rail Road museum. Oddly enough I found a beautiful restored Fargo in the museum. Turns out they only used Dodge vehicles for years. Great time with TJ and his wife. We had a blast eating and fellowshipping with them. I will try and get the Fargo truck pix to post.

Maybe I will make the Duster my daily driver in the nice weather months...

The temp gauge wire is usually purple with a cap/hat style connector that goes on the stud...

I don't have to go to Canada to watch the Black Hawks loose...

I can do that at home...

Just engine? Or do you need dash, etc. I have most of it from the 74 I stripped. I really have not looked at it closely or cleaned it up at all. Out of car and into a box. Lol.

74 dart harness is a bit weird. Took me three different diagrams to get mine figured out when I made a new one. Then some one told me look at the Aspen one and that's exactly what the original was??????

After further investigation of this picture...this harness is like mine. See photo below it shows the connector I was talking about. I have seen these with and without this connection...not sure why

Sell the plugs just take the wires out. You will be surprised.
The wires going in and coming out aren't that great on mine and, a couple of them have jumpers somebody put in to go around that connection. I would rather cut all that out and solder another section in from right before the connector down...so it looks right and gets rid of the half assery that's going on there
