I am having a real hard time finding the correct inside diameter hose. The one I have appears to be 5/8" ID. Does this sound correct?

I like the MP ones, they are black but have a silicon liner that seals and lasts much longer than regular rubber ones.

It all depends on your water pump and your intake manifold bypass size. The cast iron water pump 69 and earlier use the smaller hose. You just have to juggle hose nipple sizes so you have the same on the WP and the intake

They both are the same 3/4" behind the lips, I tried a 3/4"ID and it was pretty loose. Thanks for reply..

Is this a Mopar P/N?

The one you have in the picture above is the large one 63735. If that is to big you need the 63642. These are old Goodyear numbers which are now Continental, which is available on Rockauto and I'm sure at your local parts stores. With that in mind you must have a cast iron water pump and the smaller nipple in the intake. Let us know what exactly you are working on-what type of intake?

The inside diameter is 1" for the 63735 hose which is not what package states, found out the hard way. I guess the smallest ID you can get is 0.81. Thanks for replies and the help. Mancini has a hose kit, but no ID stated.

I gave up, I decided that it was the location of the outlet in the Air Gap intake and the height of my water pump fitting was the main issue. I am going to install a 90 degree hose barb on the pump and run a piece of 3/4" heater hose between the two...
