Do you have a timing light? You can set the timing while cranking. 10° before is a good place to start.

Try advancing,takes a fair amount of fuel for first fire. I like adding 2 cycle oil to the gas when i first prime.

First coat. No Fargo for a while..
Drained the battery so that’s it for today. Gonna switch to an electric fuel pump I have tomorrow, I don’t think the brand new rock auto special fuel pump is pumping enough

Probably pumping air.
Fill carb through the bowl vent. All you need is enough to get the accelerator pump to work. And a little to keep it running.
I did that with a ketchup bottle. But it drains them FAST
Pull a plug also just t see if it is flooded. Most carbs have aluminum plugs on them for drill passages, they can loosen up and dump gas into the engine.
