Had driveshaft in a couple times. I turned pinion up a little closer to where it should be,now driveshaft is too long:BangHead: so i had drilled the new fabbed perches to move diff 1/2” forward, guess i can flip them round.

putting transmission back in, lost one of the bolts. How? Floor is clean,3 were on hoist with wrench right beside it. The ghost of the dumb farmer must have taken it. He does that from time to time. Still moving forward...

OMG I have a story of missing bolts....

I was replacing my engine in my Vega, in a fenced in lot. All alone....
Well, Bolts kept coming up missing. My watch, missing. Sockets? missing!! I am like WTF!! I am far to young to get like this!!! Spent most my time looking for crap, that I never found............UNTIL, one day, out of the corner of my eye, I saw movement! WTF! I investigated, found a little dog running away, I followed it to his "lair" Well It was sure decorated with nice stuff, bolts, sockets, a watch.....
That little Fook was stealing stuff the whole time, He turned out to be a good dog....Kept him for a few years....
Thing sure went quicker with all the parts not disappearing !!

The press I found seemed more concerned with the size of the party, 400ish participants, than with the shooting :realcrazy:.
There are some rough neighborhoods in Bako, the kind you don't want to visit in daylight hours, let alone after dark.
North of 58 and west of union comes to mind....

Typical

A couple decades ago the population over there just exploded numbers wise. From a sizable farming community to close to a million peoples. Real estate was comparatively affordable at the time and the boom was on. Growing pains were bound to accompany the boom. The place is still expanding. Amazon is building a huge distribution hub there. Oil, I forgot the petroleum industry. The oil patch expanded in all directions.

Hey @memike

I found this on the net and thought that you may find it interesting for if your Tony Field's radiator will fit in your Valiant... This looks to be a 10,000 original mile slant 6 Valiant, with the same style radiator that you and I have... It may work without any modifications after looking at this picture...
