Contradiction huh....and a guy has a rambler station wagon he wants me to come and get tomorrow. Hasn't run in years.....YEARS! $300
 
Morning!
Another nice morning. some rain on the way though. Farmers need rain,its really dry, and fires are popping up all over the place.
 
Guess we had a small tornado about a mile from here last night. Took the roof off of a long chicken barn.

My crew is doing a full blown inventory today so my primary job is to fetch doughnuts. Then work on Demon, then some pistol practice, then post a couple rounds of trap league scores, Then prep shop for a concealed carry classroom portion on Saturday, then clean house in anticipation of my bride coming home after a long trip to Arkansas In search of property. Gonna be a busy day.

Well the real estate landscape has dramatically changed in North West Ark. Here’s how it works now. The property is listed, the seller states. I will entertain bids until noon on such and such day. On following day winner will be announced. Gone are the days whereas you list your property for 100 bucks and someone then offers you a hundred bucks and transaction is made. She offered asking price on three different properties, all went for above asking price so long story short we were unable to secure any property. Honking crazy it is. We are discouraged to say the least.

We looked for 3 years until we found ours, try to stay positive/patient. We were in the same boat but mostly because we didn't like what we were finding even though we had the area figured out. Then one day we found an owner carry contract on the 5 acres we have, so glad we waited. It could be that it's just not the one, hang in there!
