Stop in for a cup of coffee

Evening all.
Had fun this morning. 10 minutes to shift change, divers are screaming we need fuel. Ok do the paperwork, Declaration of inspection and Risk assessment (jsa). Get out there and ask what needs fueling. Answer "oh let me check". All of that for less than 5 gallons and no they really didnt need fuel. Really wanted to toss them overboard.

Dang, I worked an 8 hour shift today for the first time in a long time.

8 hours felt like a really short work day. I don't even know what to do with all the extra time.

Actually I do, but it really feels like a long day now.

I think these guys rented the oval track for the day. Not too many of them were there in the pits though, just a handful.
That Kurtis Craft midget the neighbor up the street had in the old country would be a heck of an addition to that bunch.
When it was built, the engine limit was 3.6 litres and there was a wide variety of power plants.
Neighbor had a 215" V8 aluminum Olds in his :steering:.
It sure got everyone's attention when Woody got pushed off

Ordered some socket organizers today.....hope they will work out.....
Oh no! I wouldn't recommend them... If they are organized, that means they are all together. So if you forget where you put them, you lose all of them! At least right now you can find some of them. Am I right? LOL

I have hundreds of sockets, I just need a way to organize a set of each, 3/8, 1/4, 1/2 inch deep and standard metric and SAE. The extra will go in a bucket!!

I don't know if I told you, but I have assembled tool sets that I have donated to a trade school near here. I give them to the young guys who cannot afford tools. Believe me, there are LOTS left over here. I accumulate tools buying lots on auctions and swap meets, pawn shops.....No longer, but still have plenty....

At Carlisle, they had the California Flash set up like a 1975 Car Craft mag cover. Here's my pic with Butch where he was on the original...

Over a hundred sets donated, I keep track. Nice tax deduction, and serves a purpose....Got harbor freight to donate these boxes,
