I'm hurting. It's Winter so my gut is hurting (that's a seasonal thing) and the shoulders and hands are hurting. Yesterday didn't help at all while getting things ready for Winter. I've taken the Tylenol Arthritis so should kick in soon. Gotta keep moving.
Hey Mark, you ever try Voltaren? It's a cream for arthritis. You must have it in Canada. You guys are pretty liberal with the drugs. It just became available over the counter here in the states. Pretty effective stuff for me and the wife and of course its bad for the organs just like the plls but it doesn't get into the blood stream as much as the pills. Most of it's effectiveness is in the area applied. Hasn't been tested for shoulders and back but sure works good on my feet and my wifes hands.

Safety third

Even though the metric adjustable end wrench is funny, I get an extra kick out of because I actually have one. But adjustable end wrenches are measured in length.

Thanks BP.. I've used the Voltaren Extra Strength but can't say it worked for me or maybe I didn't give it enough time. My Dr suggested it as well. If I lift my arms up more then shoulder height you can hear and see the shoulder crunch and jerking around, yeah it's that bad. Maybe I should get a flex fan...problem solved lol
