A VERY young Robert Blake & did anyone notice the 1970 Texas tags on the cars.

I just about think I forgot some of this horrid non-wet dream and one of youse HAS ta bring it back up

Anyone else notice the reverse light housing for the interior dome lights? lol

The car made a visit to the Donut Cutter (in Berkley, MI) on the Wednesday evening before the 2019 Woodward Dream Cruise. I snapped a few pics.

I just noticed my Dart GT in the background.

Good Lord! It's a piece of automotive history, and a GEORGE BARRIS custom for cryin out loud. They don't all have to look like they just rolled out the back door of Hamtramck! :BangHead:

I agree 100%. Kinda like observing women. Don't necessarily want to take em all out for a drive but I enjoy window shopping so to speak. I'm glad there's a variety otherwise kinda boring. Just my opinion.

One of my old friends, had that car in his garage for some years. He always bought weird stuff.

I've actually never seen the movie. Way before my time.
Barely seen pictures of the car. Thanks for posting some pics and the preview of the movie.
The Corky cuda was not taken in to consideration when my barracuda was "modified".
My wing is a real super bird wing that was on the one and only blackbird.

I'm sure none of yal purist like it, but it gets more thumbs up than any of my other 30 cars. Even the bright shiny painted ones. It is a blast to drive.
400 BB cammed,727 TCI, 7 1/4 410's. Nothing special, but it runs and smokes the tires.

Actually, I have purchased 70 coronet R/T side scoops to install on this car. I see the corky car has a kind of scoop in that area but it is molded into the wheel flares. Interesting way to do that. I think I like it without wheel flares. I will install the scoops without any additional flaring or connections.
I also plan on installing an aftermarket set of M46 scoops on my barracuda. Probably not many of you know what that is, so here are some details if anyone cares.
and

This is the first time that I have seen the side scoops that are on the B pillar. That's pretty interesting, very much like a shelby 500 mustang. I kinda like them.

I don't like the side exhaust. Too gaudy, haha, yeah I know, the car itself is gaudy.
Mine has an AAR style exhaust.

The rectangle headlights are interesting also. I don't think they look appropriate, but that is probably due to just seeing this style barracuda for so long with roundies.

Some things I like, some I don't. For me...fade paint works, but not the color. Wing works, nice blend, but not the fender flares. Nope on rectangular headlights, slots, and side pipes. I like older customs, so I tend to think of Sam Barris as the artist of the Barris brothers, and George built for Hollywood. Sam's were more subtle, while George's were in your face.

Cuda Hunter, looks tough and a blast to drive! Just need 50mils under the headlights! :)
