Well fellasyou all sent the cold weather our way ,and thankyou for the sun .

View attachment 1715686245Not one I did but like I use to do back in the old days when a new car dealer wanted a custom paint job on a new van or truck. Sure was fun doing work like this and did lots of new vehicles back then.
Lost my touch years ago but memories are still there.
Just sharing old thoughts hope you guys don't mind my reminiscing moments but you guys well some of you remember the days.
I used to put the side windows, sunroofs and roof vents in during my glass days

Morning guys ... -10 so far this morning and a light snow dusting (so far)
Hope to get out for my walk but nothing pressing today.
Might be a good day to clean the house if anything.
Play safe.

We were going through some pictures of England. This is a strawberry tart that can only be bought at Mark's and Spenser's. Something like a Sears.
Whenever we're there we always get these. They are so good.
Our favourite from Marks & Spencers.JPG

man, i love those van murals

Morning guys. Yea I like the old custom vans had a 73 and later bought a new one in 77, both Dodge, that I customized. I had a good teacher show me how to paint murals and stripes but I did my fair share of repaints in those days I think I screwed up more times than not. lol

My brother was great at doing murals , this is on a gas tank , which won at a motorcycle show in Toronto .

Well kinda out of things to do today I guess I'll go clean the garage.
Was just under my scamp looking for a thump that I here when I hit a bump on the road but still can't find what it is so discouraged a bit and tired of lying under a car looking for something loose or exhaust pipes rubbing, I think I'll poor me a stiff drink and crank up some old music and dust the garage shelves. lol

12 degrees out right now. Didn't add enough antifreeze, and upper radiator hose froze, as did part of radiator. Got the upper hose thawed, hopefully radiator will thaw with next drive. Been adding antifreeze as it will let me.

It's still not cold enough. Looking forward to the negative numbers this weekend.

Post number 1969. Wohooo!

I remember seeing that back in the day a few times car overheating and spraying out the cap because of a frozen radiator. Mostly in trucks. Hopefully you didnt crack a tube in the core or move a frost plug.

Been a gorgeous day today. Bit chilly at first then warmed up to around -5 but nice and sunny. Went out for a walk before lunch and was a beautiful walk. Shoveled the driveway and sidewalks. It was light and fluffy snow so just plowed it with the shovel. Was thinking about going out again this afternoon but then kids started phoning so put a damper on that plan. Dulled down now and will be cold tonight though.
