I'm in need of a radiator for a 1968 Dodge Dart. 360 eng with 320 HP. As usual I'm coming to my peeps who have more information than an encyclopedia. How what when and where can I get what I need. Thank you guys it's much appreciated as always.

Some guys use this vendor.
Cold Case is here to help
I have a Champion but most will probably disagree a recommendation but it's worked fine for me with my 500" RB motor.
There are other good brands out there. I'm sure more will comment.

Made my own shroud. Not much for pics.

Hey thank u. The shroud looks awesome

Getting a shroud for mechanical fans is the biggest issues with these aluminum radiators.

And most aluminum radiators push the core back closer to the engine do to their poor cost cutting design and added core thickness.

First thing you need to know is which side the lower radiator hose come out on. 69 down come off he drivers side and 70-up come off the passenger side, so this will dictate which radiator you use.

I posted some pics of m Cold Case install here. Autoxcuda is correct, the thicker core will cause issues with fan and shroud fitment but it can be overcome. My 340 stays 180 even idling for long periods as I tune the engine.

Cold Case Radiator Shroud?

I hate using the word "awesome", but that is! The how-to on that would be great- I'm guessing a sculpted styrofoam form, and hand-laid fiberglass over it? My compliments- Well Done!!

I actually used a Dartboard and plywood. Covered in plastic. Stretched stretchy fabric over it and gave it 2 coats of resin. Then popped it off and reinforced the inside with fiberglass matt for rigidity. Added side brackets ,sanded primed and painted.

I converted my 68 to the newer water pump and the passengers side outlet. I went with the Champion cc526.

I tried installing a Taurus fan but the core is positioned too close to the engine for it to fit. I had to use a mechanical fan and make my own shroud.

Go read the current issue of Mopar Action. They cover OEM-looking aluminum radiators. Not sure who the vendor was, and I'm lazy.

Edit: Not lazy enough.

I bought the Cold Case set up with their radiator , electric fan with shroud and their wiring kit Almost ready for installation. I'll let you know how it works out (with pics)

I did something similar to Kendog 170. Did mine about 8-9 years ago. Made a mould, and covered it with plastic film. Stapled an old cotton T shirt over it. Applied a 4 coats of fiberglass resin. Scuffing between coats. When dry, I popped it out of the mould, and flipped it over. Screwed it down to a piece of plywood and fiberglassed it up. Made steel mounting brackets that I glued in place with JB weld and squeezed solid MS20426AD aircraft rivets in as well.

Thought he was looking for a radiator? You have a decision to make, stay with the '70 newer water pump and have clearance issues with a fan clutch, or go back to a '69 and prior cast pump which is 3/4" shorter.
One way or the other with the radiator, they are different. I haven't needed a shroud yet for my 418.
