Morning men nice and cool today 70% chance of showers but way better than the heat ,the older I get the less heat tolerant I get . Cheers happy Sunday stay safe .
 
Just got back from a parts run. I picked up a set of closed chamber 305 heads to put on the 307. 100 bucks and they are fresh recon heads. The original intake valve is 172 and these are 184 and the original chamber is 72cc and these are 54cc chambers.

Hi guys I'm back home and had a great time. Was right about 100* and I got burnt even behind the ears. Scamp had no problems in the heat and traffic and even with a nasty head wind coming back home I got about 8 MPG. :drama:

This big boat is a member on FABO and bought it I don't think to long ago for $400. Just cleaned it up and don't think it took to much to get it running.
Can't handle the heat so stayed in the shade but lots of cars that I didn't get pictures of.

That's why I always wear a hat when I'm outside
Sure, I may look like Ted clampett, or bosephus, but at least I don't look like lobster

Most people had a big hat and yea better than a lobster, I'm pretty burnt. lol

And that was with the overdrive? YIKES!!! Glad you had a great time though and you returned home safe. Bet you slept well last night.
