The OMR Wolfie Award is given annually to a deserving coffee group member at Carlisle.
Cheryl was given the award for a prank she pulled on Hoppy.
She's never met him. I got her to walk up to him at his vendor spot on early day 1.
He was busy making sure all his dizzy's were lined up ready for sale.
With a stern look and her judges voice she confirmed his name. When he said yes, she informed him she was with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, he hadn't paid his Carlisle sales tax in two years, and she was shutting him down. The look on his face...priceless. He started rocking back and forth, pleading with her, Ma'am Ma'am my wife has all the paperwork. He then looked over and spotted me laughing my *** off and gave me the middle finger wave.
That's how Ray met Cheryl, and that was a historic Carlisle moment.
Took a while for him to regain him composure.

Tel you what I am about done with most of the so called friends/ neighbors around here. First the pond water BS being lied to, then having the shop tied up a few times and it jammed me then they promised help to no avail, now again there was a bag of trash put out with mine, Last time the trash service cut me off because of it and turned out the guy next door canceled his and I did not know. He asked if he could put his by mine for pickup unknowing that. Big PIA to take care of. Started happening again we thought. So go get the cans from the street and there is a huge bag of household trash near mine not picked up. Man not happy with that Guess a bear got into it and dragged it all over his driveway the other day! Really sick of this **** he is working and can afford the 20 a month. Next time it is dumping trash and steaing services. Trash guy called me and let it know it is happening again and wi go to court for me.. **** everyone around here for sure. Glade I have one good one. SO FAR.....,..

And everybody around here knows i have cameras. I pointed out the cameras to the neighbour, and told him they arent pointed at his property. Both directions on my driveway and on each of my doors.

You are correct, neighbor purchased sometime ago and it has been hiding in my race trailer ever since. I need my trailer to take a load south, thus the reveal. Needless to say wives were not nearly as excited as we were when we rolled that little gem out of the trailer.
LOL Just put up a BS LED that flashes so you can see it from the road, already getting calls from "other" neighbors what it is for tell them the whole trash story. Many ways to expose a dirtbag, Right @Mopar Tim LOL he saw me do it when he was here pretty funny.

I want to add recording cameras, been a little tricky with the connectivity I have, i.e. wi-fi, cable not available where I live. Considering "Star Net" or whatever the new satellite internet is called. One limitation of that is the actual cable, 100 feet long and terminated, don't think you can extend, don't know if it's long enough to mount where I need it to, more research needed.
