Does anyone know of any great sources for front brake calipers for a 1974 Duster? I can find them, but I was hoping for some better prices.

I am just mining for more knowledge, I can get them thru Napa on my wholesale account for $44.00, however, inventory seems to be pretty scarce.

What a helpful response. So much info, so beneficial.
Hey, OP asked to find them cheaper, but didn't say what his prices were. TOTALLY legitimate question.
And speaking of a helpful, beneficial response...

It was my curiosity to ask the question, in regards to how much $$$$$$$ he needs to purchase a pair of calipers that he's after.
What was wrong with that?
OP asked for sources.

Your post contributed nothing.

Well, don't see you listing any "sources" in regards to helping out the op.
Now your turning this guys post into one of your personal attack me forums.
Give and you shall receive.

Didn't mean to start a fight, just was curious if there better sources from more knowledgeable people than me.

I damn near asked the same question, as when I bought mine a few years back, they did not seem "over priced." I just got mine through a local car parts and don't remember what I paid or where.

jos you need to step of your high horse. I was thinking the same thing, wondering if what the op had found was somehow extremely high

It seems to be a theme on these forums to not give complete information when asking a question. Mind reading is not most peoples specialty.
A specific question will get a specific answer.
A general question will get a general response. Not complicated.
My car makes a noise, how do I fix it ?

Duster story:
My buddies "twister" duster had poorly maintained 4 wheel drums and that was an exciting car to panic stop. He bought the whole thing for $50 from his girlfriend's uncle. The heater was flopping on the floor and burned my leg on the way to Megadeth. Great times. I don't think he ever titled or insured it. Actually I don't think he paid the guy the $50 either.
