First off, yes I searched. Shotgun results, as usual. So. I believe I've decided to go with 15s instead. I just cannot turn loose of how much I just love the look of these little dog dish hub caps. Using the stock ride height, what is roughly the tallest 15" front tire I can run on a 64 Valiant? What have some of you successfully run? Thank you drive through.

I have narrow front runners on my car, I currently have Coker bias ply pro-trac 5.60-15 and I love how they look. I also have some skinny Cragar mags with 165R15 radials that ride nice, but don’t care for how much the sidewall squats on them. I’m not sure what look you are wanting to go for, maybe you want a wider tire than I’m running

What’s the width of the rim you want to run?
Well, I have some control over that, since they aren't purchased yet. I am figuring either 15x7 or 8 for the rear and 6 or 7 for the front. Probably 6.

I'm running a 215/65-15 on a 15x6 steelie on the 66. Fits fine with no rubbing issues.

on the rear tires small bolt pattern get 15x7 4 3/8 bs
My option there is 4" flat. I'm sure the missing 3/8 won't hurt anything. Problem is, they are on back order......like everything else.

mmm honestly if you got some good springs and shocks you should be good, i got a guy who does them 85.00 a rim any back space he uses old hoops with new centers, shipping out to you would be like 35 bucks a rim.

That almost makes my little weenie get hard.

Yikes. TMI, sir. I'm afraid what would happen if I told you the rears are 245/60-15. Maybe you need to get with Miss Kitty for family fun night?

HA! You got any pictures of it from the back?

I have XHD+2 springs, so I have that sufficiently covered.

Coming back to this because I am trying narrow this down. Has anyone put a 235 60 15 on the front? I am looking at 15x7 with a 4" backspacing. Thanks.

235 60 15s are too big. I'd run 15 x 6 on the front, but have run 15 x 7 Rallyes also. I think 215 65 15 is the largest I have run on the front.
