Stop in for a cup of coffee

I had some coughing fits through the night, so I called off work today.... Once the coughing starts, it's hard to stop and I can feel a twinge in the back of my throat...
 
Morning folks..

10 degrees here... not much warmer today and single digits tonight. Supposedly down to 4° F (-15° C). I'll probably run the small heater in the garage tonight. The doors are insulated but not exactly a tight seal
good morning WV64, same here in northeast Arkansas, 16 now and it's warming up to 30 and sunny today.
Not sure if I will heat the shop up today, didn't yesterday eather.

Yes and no...

I've developed a cough this week, where once it starts it's hard to stop... Sometimes once or twice a day at work is when it happens... I can feel a strange twinge in the back of my throat when it happens..

It happened to me a few times overnight, so I called in...

Ok Karl, cut up a lemon, put it in a half gallon pan and boil it for 7 to 10 minutes, pour yourself a coffee cup full and drink on it like it or not! Add honey if you like but just do it and kick your feet up and stay overly warm ! You got your orders
 
Morning weather watchers 4 here with a -7 wind chill. Warms up a little through the weekend 50 on Sunday.

Next hour and a half on the bike ....always a good start
Treadmill for me, fast walking pace and get my hart rate to over 110 for 3 minutes, do that twice ( in 1 hour) if I don't get side tracked this morning

Yesterday I did an hour tennis cardio followed with 45 minutes of lifting weights.

When I lived in the dorms at college, the dorm that I lived in had community bathrooms on each floor, one at each end...

One day I have to leave a dump and when I was picking a stall, looked in one that had a HUGE log in the toilet... I picked another one...

Then went to a room where we were hanging out and said something about someone not flushing... One guy, Brian, said 'That was mine... You can't flush a keeper like that, you have to show it off... Anything over ten inches is a keeper'... (I know - That's what she said... :D)

I mentioned to him that it was a lone log and no 'paper work'... "Didn't you wipe???'"

He said that he went to a different stall to wipe so he could leave the log for everyone to see.... :realcrazy: :rolleyes: :mob:

wow !! Thats quite the routine, I leave everything that is over 40 lbs alone and try and work smart not hard :thankyou: 64 pertnear :popcorn: and still 188 lbs..
