Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning!
8c this morning. Nice!
Looks like a nice day on the horizon, shop door open day. Back on Firebird, owner coming over to work on cleaning underside of floor.

At this point I do not think we are going to be able to make it. We are trying to stuff ten pounds in a five pound box. I have got a carbine class in Little Rock that week and then have to defend my State title with pistols the following weekend. And in between, we are trying to build a house and get moved back home to Ark. I am running out of weekends. There is just not enough of me to be everywhere I want to be at the same time. It will likely be a game time decision. At very best I would zoom in for a day and zoom out. Just not sure yet. It is a two day drive each way to Ark from here pulling trailer as it is just North of 1,000 miles each way.

That is crazy busy John, but it would be good to see you for a bit at the show

I am sure trying but holy smokes. I lose four days with every trip down plus a whirl wind of work between. Did you get your hood back yet?

Not yet - they hope for this week. Me too, it was the original deadline. I have a few other things I need to do anyway, so it will be what it is, drive over, pin it on, and go

So this evening we were supposed to go to a friend's house where there's some older people and not drink beer but just sing karaoke. But her friend and my friend the banker found out about it and invited me to the restaurant where we usually drink. So chin went to sing karaoke with her friends and not drink beer and I am here now drinking beer with three guys that know absolutely NO English. That's a little bit of a challenge because sometimes chin can actually translate to me with her telling me in Vietnamese that I understand. Hopefully she comes back soon.
