thieves from above will be feed some led today, not going to loose another mader to another one. :elmer:

Sittin' on a blanket in the park one day with lunch from the favorite burger joint. Trees are loaded with the little burglars. One of them snuck up on us, ran across the blanket, grabbed my brat's bag of french fries in his or her teeth, and hauled *** up the nearby tree. Needless to say the 4 yr old daughter was not happy .

Morning coffee drinkers. Second cup for me then into town for some stuff from the Depot.

I bet the deer love the clover i am seeing, I planted a bunch of it two years ago for them
Yeh, no shortage of clover here. LOL. I do get deer in the yard, but I think they mostly stay down back away from the house. The back side of the garden is usually as close as they get judging by tracks I see in winter.

Going to wash and clean up the Sweptside today, had it out at a friends place for some needed adjustments then two trips to town for exhaust fix. New exhaust approx ten yrs ago, with a nos y-pipe, guess what needed fixin, y-pipe. I do drive it but don’t like to have it sitting at exhaust shop where everybody sees it. Only approx 100 built so it’s mainly show and cruise

Brave little tree rats there..

Got my stamps from Ukraine yesterday. I way overpayed for these. Actual cost and shipping would be under $10 and I gave near 50. But under the circumstances I don’t care if the guy makes a few bucks for his troubles. Just glad they made it. Knew it was a risk when I ordered. If things had gotten worse there I might have paid for nothing.

Thats the squirrel free feeder isn't it?
 I wonder if bears would be attracted to the sugar water. Good thing we don't have many here in the state. I heard the State DNR has released a few mating pairs in NE Iowa. They aren't admitting to it publicly but they are all over the information of sightings. I'm sure they have been chipped.

Same here with Mountain lions, we have them, seen two in the last 20 years 40 yards away from my home south of me 4 miles away, seen one here on the hill 10 years ago.. they ain't admitting anything is out there.

Same here lots of trail cam pics of them in the area. Lynx are here also you hear them at night sounds like a baby crying.

Yep.

There was a bear next door 2weeks ago, not so common here. Call me mean but I thin out the squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, skunks, and woodchucks that venture in the yard

Never hear much about the bears round here. I know we have them, I've seen their sign. Los Padres National Forest is only 12 miles away. Vandenberg AFB is right down the road and it's basicly one of the largest game refuges around. The grape farmers planted right up next to the NF so the bears in that neighborhood are fat an happy.

Yep, no mountain lions in our state but here's a sighting map. None sighted here in Black Hawk County but around here to the south.
