Tonight, a bottle of Hess red wine with baked fish tocos.
I mixed up and sauteed jalapeno peppers, pink onion, red and yellow peppers with some secret spices.
Got a bag of coleslaw and mixed a homemade dressing.
Add some guacamole and dinner was great!!
