Oddly enough we do not even have it listed yet and we had two excellent showings today and one wants to make an offer so is coming back this evening with their spouse. It is a crazy market. Jodi thinks she can have a solid offer within the week. It is nuts. We may not be asking enough for it? I just don’t see how, but appears the market will bear it.

We went through the same thing last year when we sold our house. We had four offers in three days. Took the one who offered more than asking and had no conditions to deal with.

I would like all of your opinions if it would be a good buy or not. (buy would be a few hundred dollars.)
