Stop in for a cup of coffee

So being here in Arkansas we are the home for red dirt music as our dirt is in fact red. RRR may argue the point as Georgia also has their share of red dirt! Anyway, Hemi is looking at starring in a music video as she spent enough time rooting in the dirt today to get a red nose! Rudolph has got nothing on her!

Wow just Wow! Those guys rock, every time I watch one of their sets I think that is the best one ever, then I end up in the LLB rabbit hole! Invariably I end up at some of their Fleetwood Mac stuff!
They are from Lexington. I would love to see them live.

They do it all very well. Each musician practices by themself and then they all come together for filming. Often in 1 or 2 takes.
I watched a documentary/interview on them where the heavy set bearded guy (typically the singer) was interviewed at length on the process and origins of LLB it was really very interesting. They are seriously dedicated and focused.

Absolutely.

Mike Vandemark is his name (Vande) Dale Adams plays lead guitar. (short stocky guy usually wears a fun hat) Ryan Mc Guerry plays drums on most of the tunes. Rob Pottorf is the red headed guy that plays keyboards (the only true "professional" musician in the group. He writes music for movies and the like). Randy Refalo is the bass player in most of the later tunes. Deric Breaux is the the early bass player. (Always wore his baseball cap backwards) Oh yes, Jessica McKenney is the chubby back up singer and the director of the back up singers group. Something about her get's my motor running. I have a few more names but most are guests that do particular sets. They are something special.

Western North Dakota has red dirt roads and was in the oil fields when I was hauling crude oil from the pumps to the pipe line or trains. Weighed over 100,000 pounds trying to get back to pavement off a wet red dirt clay road. Think your roads there are the same red dirt?

Have ya had a beef yet? Hope you have a great time, and have a blast rubbing elbows with a virtual who’s who of the Mr Norms world!
Have not had time or ability to drive off campus yet. Some great people. Met Herb McCandless and Tim Hodges

I had seen how the management at my last employer treated people that gave their 2 week notice. So the last couple of weeks before I retired I gathered up and removed all my personal effects from my office and shop. I knew when my pension money would begin so on my predetermined payday I put in my last day, went to the office to get my paycheck, said goodbye to the other dispatcher, and gave my keys to the manager "See ya. I'm outa here. You know where to mail my last check."
Lucky for me, I basically had a desk on saw horses so no personal affects. They could lock me out today and I’d not lose a thing. I have a feeling Monday after I hand everything off they’ll say bye. Just the way they said they want me to my hand over all Corp items and projects on Monday and told me to gather an personal affects.

Nice! Those kind of look like mine.
Mine are pro comp 17x9s. Factory is 17x7.5. Same BS so it should push the tires out a bit but oh well. Jeep currently has the entire front suspension out. Yeah, I got bored this evening. That, all all my suspension parts FINALLY came in. Full suspension rebuild.

A word to the wise buy a few extra center caps. After a few years they may not be available.
