Good morning guys. Back to work today for a few days before heading to NC by Herb Mccandless and GA by Marie's parents. 3 days to get settled and then packed again.

Morning guys... Spent 3 hours yesterday getting some stuff done.. K-frame out and LCA's off of it.. spend 2 hours power washing the k-frame/steering and some other parts and i still don't have all the grease off the bastard... 1 can of easy off and 2 cans of gunk and it's still nasty.. will get it all clean soon enough though :) Then start on the engine bay and fix some more rust spots..

Now i need to figure out how to cut 5 acres of grass without sitting on a tractor or riding mower for 2 days.

Looks like Firebird may get shipped out soon. Owner found a bodyman/painter willing to take it over. Then im on the hook to re-assemble.
Easy: get a goat

Morning warmer here this week mid 80's. Long weekend playing golf flat wore me out playing nine hours a day.
Cheryl and I played nine yesterday and then went and floated in the pool for an hour or so. Went home and did nothing!!
Going to do some watering this morning and cut some brush down in the trees. Plenty of shade so won't be too bad.
Need to get the Barracuda advertised this week. @MOPARMITCH what web site did you use when you sold yours??

Seen a shirt at War in the Woods that was hilarious.

Said “Street Racing in virgin concrete is rarer than a virgin in Vegas”

Its a casting rod Mike, halfway common. Karl explained them a while ago.
Oh, toolmanmike explained it to me , never know what I will learn in this thread, thank you @halifaxhops

Dude toss that on Facebook market place or even here and it’ll be sold in short order. And no commission fee

I would get that to a big auction and put a reserve on it personally. Bet you will get 125 or more for it.

I have a local Amish guy replacing our front porch. Great guy and he has done some work for us in the past. I know he will do it right.
I agree, they do great un butchered work, I have 2 Balled Eagle barns they build her in northeast Arkansas, second to nun

Ya thinking a couple active Mopar sites I follow like Pre 1975 buy or sell and 1967-1967 Mopar. Facebook not a fan.

Plus they work................not standing around taking smoke breaks every hour.

Our building was built by a Mennonite crew out of PA. Those kids were AWESOME!

I actually had it posted on eBay. But I sold it to a good friend of mine from Southwestern Virginia. I can still go visit the car.

I’m not either but from a selling standpoint, it’s hard to find a site with more traffic than Facebook market place.

I read the other day Facebook market place sends you a 1099 for taxes on sales???
I’ve sold on there for years, I’ve never received one. Digital or paper.

I’m not even sure how they could track that. Just cause you list it doesn’t mean it sold.

I guess maybe if you’re using facebooks pay system, but I don’t use that, it’s money order or cash only for me on there. And selling something like his 67 would definitely require a face to face transaction
