who has Doris Days' Barracuda ?

-
I've seen something about a guy who is convinced he has it and is restoring it. There's some web photos that point out his evidence.

Who cares? Besides, the average person couldn't afford it because they will want a ridiculous price for it because it belonged to her.

From what I remember, they guy who had it was restoring it to keep it because it was special.

Pictures I saved, but I didn't save the source.

I don't see what's so special about it, Doris Day was a person just like the rest of us. People go nuts over things when it's owned by a entertainer.

Who pissed in your Cheerios?

Aren't they missing you over on For Shitty Novas Only?

I just consider the source and ignore it.
You're right, I should have. But he's just wrong. Doris was a source of hope and inspiration to millions of GIs deployed in shitholes all over the world towards the end of WWII. To me, that makes her more than "just a person like the rest of us."

Indeed she was. She was a source of "more" than hope and inspiration for lots of Hollywood fellers too.....if you know what I mean. She was supposedly quite the man eater. I wouldn't have minded findin out. LOL

She did every bit as much as Ann Margret and that's a lot. Pretty tireless and thankless job.

This story always makes me well up a bit.

That's a great story! I've read it before too. She's an absolute genuine gal!

I'm not even going to ask how you would know that.
Just let a thread go long enough on here and you'll find someone trying to drag something special down to their level.

Silly boy's... a thread can get so out of hand.. I make a positive comment on a Mopar for sale and I get my wiener spanked and the post gets deleted!
