Stop in for a cup of coffee

Took 67 out today. Yep. Needs vacuum pump for brakes. 4 wheel disc. I think my 66 might be quicker. Maybe. 440 in the 67. 408 small block in the 66. Both run great
That an iron headed 440?

Morning Steph and raisin pie to ya for gutting out the calendar ordeal. Once my admin wakes up we will get PayPal to ya!
Your welcome I had fun with it.
Windows flung open all night, we slept like Bears! House is fifty some degrees this morning. I see some hash and eggs in my future.
That sounds good this morning
So far so good, and you?
ok. The rest of the crew is off but I have work so it’s tempting to call out sick

Morning Monday warriors and all the rest of you retiree misfits.
Weekly weigh in day. It's been two weeks since I'd had a loss finally had some progress. It gets tougher at the end to lose weight. Your body based on your build, and other things has a natural set point of what your healthy ideal weight is.
I go in this morning for A1C blood work. When I started my weight loss the first of the year, I was 7.5 A1C. That was my wake up call never been that high before. By March I'd loss 18 pounds and down to 7.0. July I was down another 14 pounds and dropped to 5.9 A1C. Now I'm down another 12 pounds and hope to be anywhere at or below 5.7 and no longer be considered diabetic. For those who might be type 2 or know someone who is they can make a change like I have if they just focus eat better and get some exercise.

This is awesome, great progress, gives me hope as I take Metformin and want to get off of it. Have been focusing on weight loss since returning from Scotland where I weighed in at 241, I'm not that now. You are an inspiration, thanks!

Some pictures of my home gym lol! Burn ban was lifted about 10 days ago, torched off my pile. Have a bit to go but getting there.

Man, as scary and deadly as it is, watching the live shots of this iron dome thing Israel is having to use is quite an impressive display.

Hey that's great. The first couple weeks were the hardest but after that my eating habits become an everyday norm. I just cut out the carbs like 80% worth. We just try to eat healthy averaging 1500 calories a day. Now we also occasionally have a treat and of course a few toddies during the week but never mix with any sugary or high calorie mix. It takes time we use to remind ourselves it didn't go on overnight, and it won't come off overnight. Keep it up when you start seeing the results or someone notices your loss it will keep you wanting more.

Morning kiddos..

Rough weekend if you're a Baltimore sports fan. O's drop first two of the ALDS at home...
Ravens lose to Steelers on the road.

Good to see that the Twinkies took one from the Houston Trashcans and head north 1-1.

Rooting for the Phillies and D-backs tonight
