Stop in for a cup of coffee

Getting some light showers here, so no snow blower checking today. That's OK. was originally in forecast this week. Now looks like earliest chance is the 9th.

Family is gone and back to normal now. Kinda boring but working on finishing the old AA truck. Just needs some detail work mostly just to finish it off.

Too much rain for good pictures, maybe tomorrow night when it's dry out.also smoked a dozen chicken legs.

Man your legs look good! What preparations do you do for smoking them? I did some turkey legs and had to brown them to make them look like that.

Still snowing and blowing. Had tonneau off the avalanche, lots of snow in the box.and to my dismay, snow makes it into back seat. So its in shop, i will investigate tomorrow.
Got what i wanted done on hammer stand.

thanks . I don't do anything special when I smoke food
Just leave the skin on, set the temp and time.
Meat is always moist and falling off the bone.
Damn that sounds good. I have an electric cheap smoker and need to try a few meats on it.

I know the Avalanche gets great reviews. I always wondered about that drop/remove rear cab wall. Hope it's simple Frank

Smoked brisket with cajun spiced, mushroom stroganoff on egg noodles. I make enough to freeze a lot for later. Its so nice to grab a packet and microwave later when I don't feel like cooking.
