I'm not sure why I rarely get the update alert to this thread. I'm always the last fiddler. lol Anyway, thumbs up for everybody. More snow removal today. Figured we got more than 2 feet the last 7 days.
My air compressor air is freezing. Luckily I have no pressing jobs. I checked out my old cam for the 340 going into the Barracuda and it checked out good. That was a big relief. Have you guys checked the price of cams these days? I guess it's no suprise.

Not to bad other than the big bumpers that I hate.
Ya not a big fan of those cars either but if we all liked the same cars and the same women we’d be in a hell of a pickle. Fred I’ve been noticing that your weather and the weather we get here is pretty much the same. The cold fronts that move through always dip down to include you. Must have something to do with the valley. It’s a balmy -12 now heading for-20 something tonight. Feeding the wood stove and playing in the lab post pics of my latest creation when completed. Have a great day guy’s and stay warm

Don't have much snow here Charlie about 3 inches and it's warming up pretty good so I'm happy.
I would hate to have to pay for an engine or parts with the price of everything skyrocketing.

Been pretty good weather wise this year. I haven't had to use the snow blower. Yet anyway.

Did another whole chicken in the smoker yesterday a 5 lb.er used kind of a hot and sweet rub on it this time. Same as last time awesome. Even the breast meat is juicy. Looks like it’s shaping up to be a Sunday thing. I get to play in the lab and cook dinner, brownie points for me. Next Sunday prime rib I think, or ????

I'm going to have to try some chicken in my smoker but will start out trying a few parts before I try a complete bird.

The Bradley site has some good recipes for chicken rubs. I use a remote thermometer for accurate cooking temperature. Low and slow. 4.5 hours this time, about 1 hour per lb at 225 degrees. That auto wood puck dispenser is amazing 20 min. Per puck. I figure how much smoke I want and load that many pucks. Having fun with my new toy.

Sounds like a good smoker.
Need to start using mine more but been to cold.

My sons trip last weekend was 26 hours of drive time in a snowstorm pulling a car and trailer for the last half coming back home. I should have taken a pic before the carwash we had to get 3 inches of ice from the front of the car and trailer.
I just did a non-stop Portland, OR to Mpls, MN trip this past weekend. 1,700 miles, 27 hours, and all alone.

Never again!
