Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have to fix the rollers on my window regulator. I’ve been having issues with it dropping too low and popping off the track. When I took it apart the rollers (the small plastic pieces) were broken in half and at the bottom of the door. Its not the end of the world but I guess I know what tomorrow’s plans are.
Them plastic cutting boards they sell for kitchens now might be a good material for that kind of project. Pretty solid but not real brittle.

Good Morning Mike, I'm thinking if this coffee doesn't start doing something I am going back to bed lol!
I take Vicks Pure Zzzz's but too late to take another. I need to get up in an hour and a half to go to the car show..No time for a nap during the day either. :mob: :mob: :mob:
The worst part is falling asleep while driving.

Here's me behind the wheel yesterday taking my 10 foot ladder out to property to reset the codes on the shop and house garage door openers. Didn't fit did it and that wasn't the worst thing that happened. I managed to get one of the two shop doors into stupid mode, cable came off of the spool on one side and I couldn't get it strung back on so now have appt. Monday $$$

Can't like that. Ouch

I've had this truck in the glass shop for door seals and to add a door mirror. At that time I asked about windshield replacement as it had a chip and also leaked in one spot. Owner of the shop said those windshields are pretty tricky and said there's a chance that it would still leak if replaced, what the heck? Well, it's getting replaced now, we'll see how it goes

Rich, Also have them check for Rust around the window channel. That Truck body is known for that.......

Thanks for that, yes I've heard that and the owner of the shop mentioned it too. I'm hopeful a can of worms won't be opened up but it is leaking for a reason. I will say all other window seals are in remarkable condition for the age and model of the truck, in many cases there's issues
