Want to go with a 727 and eliminate the 545rfe

My 1970 Duster has a HotWire harness in it to control the Hemi and the 545rfe transmission. I'm tired of fixing this transmission and considering going backwards to an A727. Can the HotWire system that I have installed be modified to work with the 727? The tranny kicked out again tonight and I've had enough. I plan to contact Chris tomorrow but curious if anyone else has considered or done this?

I'm sure it could. Program it for a stick, there is no connection to the 727

Just curious, what issues are you having with the 545RFE?
