I woke up this morning thinking about some Tim bits and

a nice hot cup of Tim Horton coffee. Unfortunately, the nearest Tim Hortons is about 1000 miles away. I got hooked on Tim Hortons visiting my daughter who lives in Canada. So I did the next best thing and put on my Tim Hortons socks this morning.

The only pair of those in the state of Kansas I would think. Hay! Good coffee deserves recognition in my book

They opened four Tim Horton's here in Cincinnati, they may have lasted 10 months. They closed them all up suddenly. They never told their employees, just let them show up the next day to find their keys didn't work anymore.

That's weird! People flock to Starbucks, and I think their coffee SUCKS. If I am stuck with it, it's all I can do to choke it down. Tim Hortons coffee is pretty darn good. In some places in Canada, there might be 5 Tim Hortons per mile on a main street. It's practically a religion. And the coffee, food and service is good. @gunbunny, I would be very interested to know what happened there. Perhaps poor management?

I’m guilty. I have a Timmy’s less than 1 km from my house.
Have been going every day for the past 25 years.
I don’t drink coffee but go for the ice cappuccinos.

Had it once. People drive like fuckin' retards to get coffee in those places. They line up 8-10 cars deep on a 5-lane road by our home, to go to starcucks. They're always shooting across 3 lanes of traffic to get to the Timmay's. See all the mindless sheeple....where do they all come from?

I don't know. They had just opened a 5th location, to only close it up about a week later. It was at the University of Cincinnati campus and should have done gangbusters with all of the college kids.
Personally, I don't drink coffee, so I don't see what all the fuss is about. All I know is I get pretty pissy when my wife drops $7 or $8 on a cup of coffee.

Back in the day 90's Tim Horton's had the best coffee around but it was sold i'm guessing 2010 or so and of course they changed there coffee and donuts with much cheaper **** and now thats' what they both are now **** .
