The victim. 69 Barracuda with freshly rebuilt 360. Less than 250 miles/
So the question is is this just normal oil on a fairly freshly rebuilt engine?
i wouldn't say it's normal on a fresh build. So the question is is this just normal oil on a fairly freshly rebuilt engine? Is oil being sucked in from under the intake? Engine runs strong. Passenger compartment fills with oil smoke at 50 mph plus. What say you?
So u thinkin run some seafoam and drive it more?if that's the case there's any number of possibilities: dried out gaskets, stuck rings, some funk got in there and yucked everybody's yum... and the list goes on and on.
The angles on intake may have been misscut by edelbrock. Wrong angle or intake wider at one end than the other. You need to check it before installing the intake. Hughes engines had a tech article on it, but they took it off their website.Air gap intake new to the build. Was going thru my records from when the engine work was done in 2014 and I dont see where the heads were cut.
