10.5 to 1 ported 587s comp 231 236 525 lift 110lsa eddie rpm 750 dp hipo manifolds
443 tq@4200 rpm
406 hp@5500 rpm
14.5 vacuum @900 rpm

That has been posted numerous times in the past. It's also a poor build, has massive blow by, and weak numbers for a 4" stroke build. It's a turd

Those numbers (hp & tq & rpms) would be ok for a 360, weak for a 390.

443/390 = 1.14 lbs-ft per cid
443/360 = 1.23 lbs-ft per cid

Numbers look like my 340 just mines at 6k. My cams a lot smaller but I do have original W2s. Nothing special.

FWIW I'd only consider taking the cost/effort of stroking a 318 if I started with a roller cam block so I could use a hydraulic roller lifter cam with stock lifters & dogbone & spider retainer setup

Might wanna check a different builders numbers.. not the youtube blow it up for clicks guy.... Terry builds tons of strokers and dynos them all (i shoulda bought a shortblock from him.. woulda been done already)

Those are big numbers! It's in the heads!

Those numbers don’t look bad to me for ex manifolds.
When Imca changed the rules from manifolds to shorty headers with 2" pipes the gain was usually 25 average hp between 4500 to 7000 rpm. These were ported lt1 manifolds (good manifolds) on spec 360 cubic inch limit motors with 2bbl rodchester carburetors. I expect this 390 would bump the numbers a bit with headers.

You noticed the blow by too. At work we had a truck with blow by like that, it was enough to push the dipstick out sometimes.
