I just got back from taking my Real Estate Guy ( Son of my Pastor ) up to my Commercial Property near Wash. D.C. 10,000 sf. I wanted him to meet the manager of the CarQuest there so he can bring prospective buyers into to building to see the layout. CarQuest does not want to buy it. But they have been a very good Tenant for 30....Yes 30 Years....

Yeah, I want to sell it before it needs a new Roof... 150K....Jeeze.....I am getting older and don't want to hear about any building issues, especially when I am away for months at a time. I will invest the proceeds somewhere. I will be fine....

Hello everyone. Busy day. Made 4000 gallons of what I hope is good marinara from the latest garden pick. That and chatting with a good friend has made a wonderful day so far.

Got more wiring done, owner finally showed up. Will bring me some cash in the next few days.
Went over to pumphouse, backfilled where i could. Try to get done ahead of rain.

The reason I asked about ramblers is because I have an opportunity to get a 65 classic.

It's cheap and good looking enough for being a 4 door, I think it would look good next to my 69 valiant 4 door but I dont know anything about ramblers.

Looks like parts are available, just wondering if anyone here has had experience with one and knows that line of cars better than I

I had 61 American projects that didn't run. friend in high school had all the old Ramblers. torque tube I believe was in those, that and Borg Warner autos. rust, like any other car, was the killer. is it a six or V8 car?
