I think they only celebrate Halloween in a couple of the big cities here in Vietnam where there are lots of expats. But out in the suburbs you don't see anything.

Didn’t get any of the little darlings here tonight.
Can’t sleep too much pain. Some how, I manage to rupture a half inch tear into my scar from my knee surgery in 2008… not sure exactly how, guessing it was the concrete work and pulling that much weight. Over the counter meds ain’t dulling it. Tried the ER, nope, 17 hour wait cause it’s Halloween and people doing crazy stuffs. Into my CLS bag I went for temp measures. Gonna try to sneak off to doc office tomorrow

Super quiet here last night as always, zero urchins begging for candy. Advantage of being in the boonies with 3/4 mile driveway! I worked a charismatic church trunk or treat event. Folks were actually quite appreciative which does not happen very often. Kind a nice really. Since everyone was in costume one lady did approach me and ask if I was in costume, I told her badge and gun were real but smile was fake! Great church good people for sure, they even fed me.
