Anyone have a chart that can help me accurately ID this transmission? Bell housing is 63-66 A body. Hurst shifter was bolted in place.

Well, if the transmission fits the bell housing, it's a four speed. Since it has a flange output, it's a correct four speed for an early A body. Since you didn't post the important number on the passenger's side flat pad, that's all I got.

Early A body 833 4 speed with a 3.09 first gear. There's a rock quarry with high quality granite available within driving distance and a Carolina long leaf pine within 40 or 50'. That's the best I can do....lol. Hose it down and bring it to Rockingham on the 15th.

I may be able to make. Maybe not….i just bought 5 truck and trailers full of parts. I am still in the identify and clean stage. lol

It's a ball & trunion so it doesn't have a flat pad on the right side.

It's a 4 speed, Stevie wonder could tell that

Thank you all. Early A body 4 speed and bell housing. Got an entire tote full of linkages, next step is cleaning them and running part numbers. Would just like to keep it all together in case I run across an early A I just have to have.
