Illinois, out visiting son. First time out here and flew into CHI, Ohare is a tough airport to get out of, will fly into St, Lois next visit, 1.5 hours closer to Springfield.
I have been looking at these die cast Nascar C500s for a while. Probably never get one, but..

Car club xmas dinner last night. First time having it at the legion hall. Great caterer makes it worth $30 per person. Record turnout,52 people.
Good time was had by all.
today i trudge the 300 feet to shop, try out my new winter boots,very warm and lightweight.
Try and finish Avalanche, right wheelwell liner and rotate tires, finish oil change. Im hoping the front end noise is the tires cupping. Should have rotated months ago.
Oh, Dr is going to contact the clinic about the 2nd angio procedure, and refererral for bilateral hip replacement.
Changed meds to help with the pain. Still trying to avoid the narcotics.
Pellet stove is keeping up,but its a little hungrier than usual.
