That story sounds very much like a FBBO member from Florida who was very good at the "Pity me" line. No longer around to share his tales of woe.

Looking close one can see what might be a problem but the seller saying no problems and ready to run isn't right.

He's been called out before on real sketchy **** and hasnt to my knowledge.
