PLEASE READ: To all of you on the forums, blogs and Ebay that are giving your opinions about the seller and the car; It is easy to bad mouth someone and come to your own assumptions and conclusions without knowing the story behind why the car is being sold. Sometimes in life, you do things not because you want to, but because you need to. This is the case with selling this car. As many of you know that have seen the episode, this car was a love affair and was held close to the heart of the seller. Selling this car was not a decision that was easily made, but a necessity. In respect to the seller, we are keeping this private but would like to tell all of you that have so easily come to your own conclusions that most of you are wrong and that you should keep your assumptions, opinions and comments to yourself.

For all the talk that the car was going to be in the family, forever it sure makes me wonder what is forcing the sale? I would think that it would be more successful if he laid it out on the line as to why....

Wow! I'm deeply saddened and offer my heartfelt condolances to the family selling the car. Whatever happened, I'm sorry. Best wishes sent.

I dream about having BOF redone by them. I would turn Foose loose on her!

Speaking of Challengers that have been on Overhaulin....has anyone seen Goodysgotacuda lately? He used to be on here all the time until he moved back to Vegas.

He's on Moparts mostly.

I think he's done some more stuff to his car, and has plans for a bunch of new mods.
I just haven't seen him post for a while because I don't go over there much anymore, but I really like his 'cuda.

I don't like anything I see foose doing, he just slaps big rims and a new paint job on it.

They can keep that challenger.

If I came home and found one of my projects was bein Overhauled, I'd be on the phone quick getting it back. Even if it was FREE.

Must be real broke up about it. only $105,000 thou for a 318 car.

I think it would be a hard decision but I think I would allow Foose to do my car. Given his track record I'd end up with a Hemi under the hood!!! Rims can be changed along with other items that don't fit your taste. If you're listening Chip P.M. me LOL

I agree, but I'll add a little. That's $105,000 for a 318 car that you can't even fit your fishin poles and a case of beer in because of all the crap in the trunk. As others have said, I prefered it before it got the big rims, new paint, and speakers.
