No it was not the seat belt interlock. I fix/disabled this awhile back. It was the plastic box located under the dash next to the fuse box. Inside this plastic box there is a circuit board. My original box was yellow and my new one from the other wiring harness is green. Hope this helps

That's exactly what I did. The JB weld filled in the larger holes and I drilled a new hole slightly to the side. For the smaller holes, a little JB weld and a tiny drill bit held the screw/clip tight. Be careful with the drill to not damage your dash.

If this means it can plug in 180 degrees one way and then 180 degrees the other way and the reverse lights will only work on one of the 180*, then I will unplug the connector and plug it back in 180*. I'll keep you posted.
